Custom Prints have a longer processing time. Not to worry! All updates are sent to all customers throughout printing process.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $50)

$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide.

Book Shipping

Shipping usually may take up to 5-7 business days.

**We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping fullfillment center.**

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and more. All book sales are final.

-What if my product was not printed properly?

Any claims for misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.


-What if my package was lost in transit?

-What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to and a claim will be submitted to our fulfillment facility.


-What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered, but you need to report that you have yet to receive it, please contact us by submitting a return claim.
